Privacy Policy

Your videos are personal, often intimate memories. This policy says, plainly, what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can demand from us at any time.
What we collect
- Your contact details: name and email address, provided when you send a video. They are used to deliver your assessment, your film and order-related communications — and nothing else, unless you yourself tick the optional newsletter box when you send your files. That box is never pre-ticked. If you tick it, we keep the date and the IP address of that action, because the law requires us to be able to prove you took it. Every message of that kind carries a one-click unsubscribe link; order-related emails continue to reach you.
- Your videos: the files you send us, received directly on our own servers.
- Technical processing data: depth measurements, settings, reports — produced by our pipeline from your footage.
We collect nothing else. No advertising cookies, no tracking, no selling of lists.
Where your files go
Your videos are received and stored on servers we administer ourselves. They are never placed on a third-party hosting platform (public cloud, sharing service).
One detail many policies keep quiet: during analysis, a few still frames extracted from your video may be submitted to a contracted image-analysis service, to recognize the nature of the scenes. These services do not retain those frames and do not use them to train their models. Your complete video files never leave our servers. The narration of the excerpts is produced from text only — no image is transmitted for that.
What we never do
- Your footage is never used to train any artificial-intelligence model.
- It is never used for demonstration, on our site or elsewhere, without your written consent.
- Your contact details are never sold, rented or shared for solicitation purposes.
How long we keep what
- Your delivered film remains downloadable online for two months, included. It is then removed from the server, or kept if you choose to extend the hosting.
- Working files (intermediate renders, processing data) are purged from our servers after delivery.
- A backup copy of your final film is kept offline, so we can give it back to you if you lose it. You may request its destruction at any time.
- Your passwords are never stored in clear text: our servers keep only a cryptographic fingerprint, unreadable even to us.
Your rights
In accordance with Quebec’s personal information protection law, you may at any time:
- request access to the information we hold about you;
- have it corrected;
- request its deletion, including your videos and their backup copy;
- withdraw a consent already given (for example, the agreement to use an excerpt for demonstration).

If something went wrong
In the event of a privacy incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we would notify you directly, as well as Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information, as the law requires.
