Nothing needs to be edited.

Send your footage as it is — the raw clips from your phone, your SD card, your drone or your camera, in any order. We find the best moments, assemble them in sequence, and that is the film we convert to 3D.

We analyze your footage free of charge and you receive a detailed report: what it would give in 3D, shot by shot, with the price of the conversion. This assessment commits you to nothing.

Sending from an iPhone?

The usual sharing recompresses your video. To send it to us intact:

Open Photos and select your video.
Tap Share, then Options.
Choose Current Format and enable All Photos Data.
Save to Files, then drop the file below.

Avoid messaging apps: they compress videos heavily, and that loss is permanent. Location can be disabled separately in the same menu. Original files also keep the capture date — that is what lets us tell your trip in order, from the first day to the last evening.

The free assessment covers up to 15 minutes of video in total — one or several files. Beyond that, an Editing assessment at $29 applies, fully deducted from your order.

What gives the best results

None of these conditions is mandatory: we convert what you send us. But they make a visible difference in the headset.

The file

1080p minimum, 4K if you have it. The sharper the image, the finer the distance measurement — especially on hair, foliage and fences.
Fixed frame rate: 24, 25 or 30 frames per second. Slow-motion modes at 120 or 240 fps complicate processing without adding anything to the depth.
The original file, never a version re-shared through messaging: each send compresses it a little more, and that loss cannot be recovered.
Horizontal format preferably. A vertical video converts very well, but occupies a narrow strip of the field of view in a headset.

The shooting

Move the camera slowly, sideways. This is the advice that changes the most: by sliding laterally, your camera reveals what hides behind objects — exactly the material our process needs to rebuild the background.
Avoid abrupt movements and fast pans: they create motion blur that no distance measurement can recover from.
Compose in depth: something near, something far. A completely flat scene stays flat in 3D.
Look for light. In dim conditions, image noise blurs the contours and the depth loses its sharpness.
Beware of glass and mirrors: what they reflect is optically behind them, which confuses any distance estimate.

Conditions I hold the rights to this video, or I have permission to have it converted. People filmed in a private setting have consented to these images being processed. This video contains no unlawful content. I am 18 or older. The three statements above are commitments : only an adult can make them.

Your files are deleted 30 days after delivery, or immediately on request. Your original file is never modified.
