Terms of Service
In effect as of August 8, 2026.
This translation is provided for convenience. The French version is the authoritative one.
1. The service
Diorama 3D converts your videos into stereoscopic (3D) films and delivers them as a headset viewing link, a downloadable file, a version watchable without a headset, and a shareable excerpt. If your clips are not edited, editing can be done before conversion, following your instructions.
2. Assessment and price
- The assessment of your footage is free and commits you to nothing.
- The exact price of the conversion is communicated with the assessment, before any decision on your part. No fee is added afterwards for the described service.
- The production time is stated with the assessment.
3. Your footage remains yours
- You remain the sole owner of your original videos and of the converted film.
- You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the footage you entrust to us (your own recordings, or the authorization of their holder).
- We never use your footage for demonstration without your written consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Delivery and retention
- The delivered film remains downloadable online for two months, free of charge. Beyond that, it is removed from the server — or kept if you choose to extend the hosting.
- Files on the delivery server are purged at the latest 30 days after the hosting period ends.
- A backup copy of your final film is kept offline so it can be returned to you in case of loss. Its destruction may be requested at any time.
- The delivery report includes the digital fingerprints (SHA-256) allowing you to verify the integrity of your file.
5. Shared access
The shareable excerpt and your film’s public page are under your control: you open access, you close it, from your page. The public version is a viewing-only version; the master file is never accessible without your password.
6. Honest limits
- The conversion rebuilds the depth of your footage; it does not improve what the camera did not capture. A blurry, dark or heavily compressed shot will remain blurry, dark or compressed — in 3D. The free assessment flags those passages before you decide.
- Some footage lends itself poorly to 3D (transparencies, complex reflections, dense rain on screen). The assessment identifies it.
7. Liability
Our obligation covers the described service: converting and delivering your film with the care described on this site. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Your original files are never modified: the conversion works on copies.
